Booth Assignment / Selection
Exhibitors will have an opportunity to identify up to 3
choices for booth selection on the Showcase application.
Booth assignments will be made by OneSpiritMindBody LLC,
guided by the requirements of the exhibitors and their
choice of location whenever possible on a first-come,
first-served basis of signed and paid contracts.
OneSpiritMindBody LLC reserves the right to rearrange or
renumber the floor plan and relocate any exhibit for the
good of the Showcase.
Exhibitors will have an opportunity to identify up to 3
